Our Workers' Compensation Department is comprised of lawyers who have more than 75 years of combined experience handling workers compensation matters. Our attorneys have practiced at all levels of the Workers' Compensation process, from initial case evaluation and possible early resolution to representation at Labor Department hearing level, before the Compensation Appeal's Board as well as appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
